What I Eat, Part 2!
Breakfast and Lunch, no-recipe meals (part 3 will be Dinner and Dessert, with links to recipes)
I told you my cooking history, with all its many types of shame, in Part 1, and now: here is what I’m eating these days. These are very easy meals, lots of repetition on a theme. My ulterior motive here is to get a couple more of these ‘tried and trues’ from you guys, in the comments.
At the start of my Adrenal situation I began the day with 1/4th tsp Baja Gold Mineral Salt in water, first thing in the morning. I’m not doing that as religiously anymore (after almost a year) but I still like to sometimes. I also put Grape Ultima Electrolytes in my 32 oz water bottle and drink about two or three of those a day, especially during strength training and hot yoga.
Two Brazil Nuts every morning for healthy thyroid functioning.
